I have read most of this and as per usual there are some great points, intellectually made and there are some borderline points verging on racist ideology. I for one don't really buy into racist mindset as generally those who spiel such are often just angry people. The creed, religion, colour of whoever they target merely acts as a front for their hatred of life the world and themselves. We have allowed the media and society create a generation of leftie do-gooders and their counterparts the right wing weirdos. The startling point is nobody mentioned the kids, the parents. Why are we focused on teachers on 20 k per year dealing with 30 teenagers per hour ? The parents the creators, what about their values ?

Another point, white middle class teachers can be Irish, Polish, Jewish etc. It should not be white v Black, Indian V Pakistan, China V Asia. It's people v people.
