To claim such is racist (and sexist ?) itself.......Sure we need more male teachers. I am one of many years standing, and now work supply. Am lucky to be much in demand. Believe me, I know many schools and the VAST majority of women teachers do a fantastic job...Typical...... everyone has been to school, so they presume can do the job? Walk in our shoes for a day and give us a BREAK?
