so he suggests more teachers from ethnic minorities - presumably he would expect such people to hold qualifications ? my experience of racism in the classroom was that many on leadership team were reluctant to deal with racism many teachers were victims of racism and bullying - parents telling teachers my child shouts at you because its part of our culture and if you dont see that you the teacher dont see that you are racist!!! crazy -
