At least people have a choice when it comes to getting in and out of Manchester:

i) Sit in traffic in your car (due to closing off roads, widening pavements, reducing lanes, slalom obstacle course at the Crescent).

ii) Sit in traffic on a bus (due to reasons above).

iii) Go nowhere on the Metrolink.

Nowhere fast.

Who is responsible for the road schemes and for public transport around here?
