Park, Fletcher and Anderson are ranked higher because they are much, much better players.

Pogba has potential. When he starts to deliver on that potential we can compare him to other players. At the moment he's a kid who has done nothing. He's got a lot of the assets needed to be a great player but positionally he's weak. He is improving but he'd still need to be nursed through any game. He doesn't have the discipline to hold down a first team place yet. It's enough, for me, that he gets tasters of playing.
