Due to the restriction on parking around Trinity Way/Chapel Street, I have also had to rent a parking space at £70 PCM so for the £145 extra on top of my rent and the fact that the houses I am looking at are around £50-£100 cheeper each month in Hyde. The train journey will only cost me £100 a year. Saving myself a minimum of £100 each month.
