How patronising and belittling are you all Letters after your name or certificates do not make you experts only purists. Neither does experience. Many IT experts from the 70's and 80's would not know where to start with todays PC's and laptops unless they have constantly upgraded their knowledge. We are constantly seeing stories about young computer geeks running rings round major corporations and governments who can afford the best computer people. i.e. Hackers: Why not that they should be described as experts.
