I was told that there would always be two boiler so one would cut in if the other failed. Two years later and still no sign of this. I'm trying to bring the residents together and any help would be appriciated. I've started a Facebook group http://www.facebook.com/groups/ChipsResidents/ so we can at least all be in touch with one another.
