Excellent result but a sloppy performance with little pace or drive. These ratings look on the high side to me. Thank goodness that the second half was an improvement on the first 45 minutes which was dire.

On the plus side, it was good that Jones, Cleverley, Nani, Young, Fabio and Hernandez had some game time which can only sharpen them up for the title battle.

Sad to see Valencia as he has struck a rich vein of form, even if I wish he could learn to kick with his left foot and trust it.
