Buy the shares I suppose. To Forcibly sieze the fixed assests would work as well, but might cause some consternation amongst our trading patners, who would probably seek recourse to the international courts under the Energy Charter Treaty.
It would probably be doable for water (at least until Scotland or, worse, Wales leaves the UK), electricity would be tricky, given that we buy quite a lot from Europe and gas probably a non-stater, as aggrieved partners in Europe would be ideally placed to interupt the supply from Russia, though maybe not Norway.
