The problem here lies with Ms Bell and her 'so-called' authority. If they were a lot tougher then there would be a lot less issues; bus companies being forced to find solutions and invest in their services. Unfortunately i have a feeling they are all chums, so i expect to see a light rap on the knuckles and service (or lack of it) resumed.
