Not the end of the world for County if it happens and CS sells/develops EP. EP hasn't belonged to us for years and, sentiment aside, it's just somewhere to play home games. Numerous possibilities to ground share with clubs who would welcome paying tenants, just like Sale have done. It's income when a ground would otherwise be stood empty, no brainer really, who wouldn't want a tenant to pay some of your bills for you? We could have already got a better deal elsewhere I'm sure if SCFC/fans, etc hadn't clung on to the notion that EP was somehow still OUR home. Jimmy Gannon's blue and white army :-)
