No sympathy whatsoever, a 14 year old should never have a contract phone, they dont understand the concept of running up a bill, He should have gone on pay as you go from the start and funded it himself through a paper round or similar, then he would learn the value of money instead of expecting mummy to bail him out all the time. All I can say is, you used it, you pay it.
