"We will win nothing this year"......So what? If that's the case, we fight on to next season. (Although I believe we still have a very lot to fight for this season). We don't have any God-given right to win trophies every season and we don't need to spend millions on knee-jerk reactions to a few bad results. I think we played great against Newcastle and Carrick was different class. That's all I want to say about the situation...we played great today because Sir Alex & co. have built yet another great team for us. We've been exceptionally unlucky with injuries and we've been very unlucky not to win the last two games. So, if you are a true Manchester United fan stop crying and whinging because true Manchester United fans support the players and the management through thick and thin (even if you have never experienced too much "thin" over the last 20-odd years). I went to my first United game at Old Trafford in 1961 when we lost to West Ham, so may be I appreciate the present team a little more than younger fans.
