Obstruction to what? Anything that wants to get down the road that isn't an abnormal load under escort? Many roads might fail on that score. I also don't see any parking restrictions in the photograph, so if the vehicles are legally parked and the driver hits the stationery vehicle, isn't that driving without due care and attention? As pointed out above, the issue is possibly due to the length of the vehicle. If the Co-op used shorter vehicles, surely it's not beyond the means on the mighty Asda to use a similar vehicle?
