If they're dragged to the cells they know nothing will happen because of the weak nature of the 'justice' system. Those interviewed were laughing about being prosecuted. Our law is a joke only there for the benefit of the rich lawyers. As most are under 17 nothing much will be done anyway - but we'll be paying for the lawyers, the social workers etc etc etc.
