If you took the the badly behaved anti social kids off the street, the youths with no jobs bumming around and dealing drugs and doing other petty crime, there would be a big decrease in crime.

If they haven't got anything to do, have em cleaning the streets. At least by evening they'd be tired and go home, rather than causing the rest of the hard working, tired, residents nuisance annoyance when they just want to get in, have tea and relax!

Too many people with nothing to do other than drain the workers!
