Oldhams council is dreadfully poor with a culture of the staff doing the electorate a favour by working there, customer service is an unheard of concept. This runs from the top to the bottom, and unfortunately it is so ingrained that the only real solution would be to contract all of the councils services to private tender. There's no way Labour will countenance that so it looks like we're set for years more mediocity and an administration more interested in political dogma than serving the people of the borough.

No change here then.
