As a fellow insider it does sound like a lot of TOS - sorry name changed to protect the innocent - Tram Management System! It was probably a motor scooter ramming the door and as for the time it happened...if you know anything about Metrolink you would know they are not very good at deadlines so telling the time is not seen as an essential competency
