It's really sloppy journalism to pick up a non-story invented in the gossip section of a newspaper for the expat Indian and British community and embellish it as if it were the truth. The article in question wasn't even a new story and was reporting on speculation in the English press. It never mentioned Qatar Holdings or any of that. That part is all invention by the British press. It's all part of the ABU press attempts to destabilise United and the fans.
As far as I know the only contact we've had with the Qataris recently has been the ongoing sponsorship discussions and the offers of participating in a tournament at Aspire with Barca and Milan.
