Talking of people working to their contractual rules. I can't see what the problem is? What about that old classic that has blighted every British workplace for years and that is, smokers going out for 5 to10 minutes almost every hour and sometimes more through out the working day. All this is at the expense of us none smokers plus they take their official breaks too.

And even though smoking has been banned in work places throughout the land, people where I work that used to go out for a fag now go out to 'check or collect somthing they left in their cars'. Call me cynical but that usually happens about once every hour throughout the working day.
