Clearly, the Council are employing contractors to undertake soil analysis results to mislead Sport England, the planning system and potentially endanger young children. Excavating contamined land enhances it's leeching capabilities making matters worse.

Am interested to know more of the detail of the accepted process used to "sifting the deadly material out by hand" and whether this is common practise.
