blindly or with vision ? one reason is : because it is the law. another is : it isn't for a person to pick and choose which laws to obey. One is free to report such transgressions. If you have a passenger with you, and a cheap video camera and a shot of your speed-ometer and the trangressing vehicle/s number plate by your helpful passenger will be enough photo-graphic evidence. A short call to the Police non-emergency number, some perseverance and patience, and JOBS A GOOD-EN !!!!!!
