OK, the emergency services are neither intended nor funded to look after drunken idiots. Let them lie in their own vomit. I won't go near one, and will cross over the road if need be. They are their own responsibility or that of their companions. Paramedics are there to save the lives of injured or sick people not those in a self-induced stupor, and certainly not when it puts them at unnecessary risk from animal-like behaviour. If you are intending to get out of your face, get your own minder, hire one if you have to. You are not public responsibility. Society does not owe you that, you morons.
