Are you are caveman? No seriously? I haven't read this much nonsense in the longest time. Lancashire and Cheshire are NOT Greater Manchester. It is a tiresome topic. It has been this way since the 1970s. You -especially- were not asked because you seem to be afraid of what lies beyond the river.
Anyway, it isn't uncommon for constituency boundaries to cross borough boundaries, so long as they don't go beyond the county boundaries; and that county happens to be GREATER MANCHESTER.
