I am sorry, I forgot there were regulations on where a FALCON could live. Perhaps they are attracted to the city because if we're not concreting over our countryside we are spraying it with pesticides? Hmmm? And I am sorry that we cannot dictate to a falcon what it can and cannot eat. To call them stupid is ignorant - that they can adapt to the city, are capable of such graceful flight and speed I find to be captivating, intelligent and beautiful. Having these magnificent birds in the city makes the place that little bit more interesting and richer I would think.
