I have just retired from nursing after 40 years. I am sorry to say there are many nurses like Shakeel working in the private sector and the NHS. We MUST NEVER allow anyone to get away with treating a patient badly. Constantly reporting people like him until management do something positive about the problems is the only way to be rid of them. It takes a lot of nerve to stand up for patients rights, especially in the light of what happens to whistleblowers in the NHS, but think how you'd feel if a creep like Shakeel was looking after someone you love.
