Prisons are closed institutions - why are there ANY drugs in them? I'll tell you why because all the prison officers are bent and aren't punished for their part in the drugs racket. The police also need to be involved perhaps with undercover police officers pretending to be inmates.

Drugs in prison are unacceptable and needs to be dealt with more firmly!
