Appears little lazy at times, and often lets high balls fly over his head with the intention of playing himself out of trouble, but like Bilic says he's only 22 and can still compete with the best week in and week out. He' s a real asset to the club, excellent on the ball and tough to get past.

I just get this nagging feeling that one day soon he'll want to play in Italy or Spain... Let's hope that if he does then he goes about it more professionally than that diving cry baby across the road. At least when he has gone all the reds can let out all that anger and frustration they have been hiding away since he got Rooney sent off 2 years ago...
