I sometimes found him to be a bit precocious....like the 'H' in his name....but I guess that was just Anthony being Anthony. On reading about his sad demise online, the use of the title 'Mr Manchester' also brought a lifted eyebrow...but thinking about it for a minute...it really is a superb and fitting choice of words and I'm sure Anthony is looking down on us with immense pride at such a worthy epitaph.
