This is just an excuse for lazyness. Coppers will become fat and unfit, become useless and therefore cost us, the tax-payers more money on ridiculous and Stupid ideas. Guess this was another idea then from the government. Might have thought. The public who would agree with me are right in thinking the government are just plain thick. How is this going to help the policing in our cities then? How exactly? Run the criminals over? Oh, but with human rights being as pathetic as they are, the criminals according to the government have more rights than coppers now.
