I lived in Wilmslow until I turned 18 years old--then went to Birmingham University. After graduating, I ended up in the U.S.
Twenty-five years later, I'm still here.
I came to the site today, only the second time ever, because I was writing something that included a bit about trees in my homeland and wanted to research heritage trees in Wilmslow--particularly any near the River Bollin.
Somehow, I ended up here. Ain't life strange!
I attended Mount Carmel in Alderley Edge from 1970-77, and would love to hear from the former girls in my class!
All the best,
