LAST week’s Tameside Ladies Bowling League matches saw Friezland A open up a 13-point advantage on Saddleworth A at the top of division one.

Uppermill moved into third spot while there were also wins for Stalybridge Rec A and Royton Park.

Division two pacesetters Norths are narrowly ahead of Diggle with Moorside also closing in.

Cedar Park B top division three ahead of Woodley and Grapes Hotel, all of whom recorded wins last time out.
