THE latest matches in the Oldham and District Table Tennis League saw OTTC defeat Glodwick 6-4.

Saddleworth A went down 8-2 against Werneth B, the score by which BAE A defeated Hyde YMCA A and Hollinwood A saw off BAE B.

There was also a 7-3 success for Honeywell A against Rosehill B.

In division two, promotion-chasing Hollinwood C recorded a 9-1 win over newly-promoted Grotton B.

There was a 6-4 victory for Werneth C against Honeywell B, Hollinwood D drew with Werneth B, while Coldhurst A went down 7-3 to Uppermill A.

Action in division three saw Unison C repeat their performance from the week before by winning 7-3 against Coldhurst B, a margin of victory enjoyed by Saddleworth B against Oldham Deaf.

Honeywell D prevailed 9-1 against Failsworth C, Coldhurst D saw off Failsworth B 6-4, while the points were shared in the game between Uppermill B and Coldhurst C.

Division four newcomers St Saviour’s were beaten 6-4 by Honeywell E, the scoreline in the games between Owls B and Coldhurst E, and Deaf Club and OTTC B.

There were also 8-2 victories for Unison D and OTTC C against Honeywell F and OTTC D respectively.
