Yet another ridiculous state of affairs - this is January, it's commonly known as Winter, with advance warning of at least a frost -2 degrees and the Boundary Park covers only being viable to that level of protection, would a few bales of straw have cost so much and given the game a chance ?

Every TV programme I saw on Friday warned of temperatures dropping to around -4 or in some areas -5 so just leaving the covers on with nothing extra was leaving the game in serious doubt.

Not bad that as he's been searching for one since November without success, yet other clubs manage, Mr Penney has this obsession with defenders and midfielders, I suspect overloading the club wages and leaving us with no options other than to borrow second team or injury recovering players, then of course we gave away the most in-form Striker in football at the present time - Chris O'Grady - with something like 13 or 14 or possibly 15 from a lesser number of matches - £85k WHAT A DISGRACE and what a bargain for Rochdale.
