Police are investigating after a spate of arson attacks in Limeside.

Fire-fighters in Hollins were called out a dozen times on Monday and Tuesday to reports of fires in the First Avenue of the area.

Youths are suspected of torching play equipment, benches and bushes in the park.

The problems start at 6pm and carried on until 10pm.

Fire crews took CCTV footage of those responsible which have been handed to police.
