CHEETHAM Hill propelled themselves to joint top spot in the Lancashire County League with their away win over Prestwich.

Hill scored 243 for eight, thanks to 91 from Humayun and good contributions from Mirza (39) and Ali (37).

Prestwich replied with 215 for eight. Walters was top scorer with 87.

Mirza took five for 58.
