Middleton Arena
MIDDLETON Arena has been targeted by armed robbers.
Four raiders attacked a security van delivering cash at around 12.30pm today (Thursday).
It is understood the assailants were armed with baseball bats. At time of writing there were no reports of injuries.
A police spokesperson confirmed inquiries into the incident were continuing.
