Evans was reportedly impressed by Bowmanés version of the Blondie hit Hanging on the Telephone, saying: "Edith has a great chance, she did fantastic on Saturday."
The Scot survived last nightés eviction show too, thanks to a spirited version of Shout, which was written by The Isley Brothers but made popular by Lulu.
