FANS flocked to a CD signing by opera star Katherine Jenkins.
The 29-year-old mezzo soprano met scores of admirers at HMV in the Trafford Centre to launch her new album Believe.
The classical singer, from Neath, south Wales, is currently in the middle of a whirlwind promotional blitz that has seen her perform at the G-A-Y club night in London and Wembley Stadium for the NFL American football game between Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New England Patriots.
Believe, her seventh album, features Andrea Bocelli and mixes contemporary and more traditional songs.
Katherine, who has been dubbed 'the new Forces' sweetheart', has risen from BBC Welsh Choirgirl of the Year to a multi-million record-selling classical artist.
She will head out on her first solo UK arena tour in March.

You must be living in on another planet if you need to ask who Katherine Jenkins is or you would rather watch the dross on the x factor. She is only the best singer ever and can do what most others can't do and that's sing live.

Beautiful (IMHO), talented and world renown. A little bit more 'A List' in artistic circles than your average 'X Talent Ballroom Dancers on Ice' who perform for Simon Cowell's supper!
