A TRIO of Manchester dancers are ready to take centre stage after reaching the final of a national competition.

Nu-Era, who backed Britain's Got Talent winner George Sampson on his recent tour, won their heat of Dancing in the Streets 2009 at Pure in the Printworks.

And this Saturday they'll be taking on seven other entries in the final where judges include Stavros Flatley, who also made their name on the ITV talent show.

Nu-Era are 13-year-old Elliot Chapman and Zecharaih Taylor and Ellis Brownhill, both 11. They are in talks with record labels about releasing their single Make You Dance, which they'll be dancing to in the final.
