X Factor Diana in love-split

Diana Vickers
X FACTOR star Diana Vickers has split with her boyfriend - pouring fuel on rumours of a blossoming relationship with finalist Eoghan Quigg.

Diana 17, from Blackburn, was voted out at the semi-final stage of the talent show.

Eoghan, 16, raced onto the stage and held her in an emotional clinch as she sang her farewell song, Dido's White Flag.

In an exclusive interview with the M.E.N's sister radio station Century she reveals she is 'on a bit of a cool off' from student romance Chris Jones.

She said: "He's five hours away and I'm really busy so we've had a chat and I'll see him at Christmas.

"Me and Eoghan are good friends. We've grown really fond of each other throughout the competition."

She is getting very irritating - her voice wasn't her voice either, it was pure karaoke, she sounded like cilla black.

so you have a young 17 year old girl and a very young 16 year old boy and basically it happens.

I agree that Diana voice was on the way out, it sounded likes marbles in a washing machine.

I reckon Alex will win this though in my eyes Ruth was the real winner.

That is probably the funniest thing I've read this year lol!

Thankfully I only had to suffer this show twice so I did quite well thanks to the local darts team matches! but theres always next year lol!

Yeah bluelight, Levenshulme - why in the middle of her songs did she suddenly start doing Cilla Black impressions?
(Which all sounded more like the Kate Robbins version of Cilla actually!!))
