NURSE turned glamour model Abi Titmuss failed to pull in the crowds as she launched her new book in Manchester.
Only ten fans, mostly male, took up the opportunity to meet Abi in person at W H Smith in Manchester's Arndale Shopping Centre.
Wearing a low-cut white summer dress and yellow cardigan, the blonde happily posed for photos and chat to those who did turn up.
The signing was to promote her new diary-style autobiography The Secret Diaries of Abigail Titmuss.
Abi, 32, first gained fame as the girlfriend of controversy-hit former Blue Peter presenter John Leslie and transformed herself into a glamour model, TV personality and tabloid celebrity.
Those fans who did turn up at the Arndale Centre said they could not understand the lack of support for Abi.
First in the queue was Kevin Ireland, 51, who had travelled from Lancaster for the event. He said: "I'm disappointed that more people haven't turned up for Abi, she's such a nice friendly girl.
"It looks like there are more security guards here than fans."
Next in the queue was die-hard fan Richard Adshead, 41, from Hazel Grove. He said: "I can only think it's because her name is not in the frame as much these days."

She's famous for what?...being the girlfriend of a tv presenter and having a video of her and him in intimate situations with another woman...Why would anyone even look at the book, never mind buy the thing and meet her.

Another 'C-list' celeb autobiography out.
An autobiography for me is what an interesting achiever writes in the twilight years, telling a fascinating life story.
I recently read the autobiography of Sir Ran Fienes and couldn’t put it down. It was incredible and fact is truly stranger than fiction in his case.
A lot of these 'C-list' celebs produce them after one year of being in the public eye!
Pathetic really and it's a cash in on today’s obsession with sad 'celeb' pop culture.
Possibly no one went to the signing because she is not really interesting!
