The Aussie star, who has won his two World titles while racing for the One51 Aces, faces the second of this year's 11-round Grand Prix series at Leszno, Poland on Saturday.
Crump goes into the European GP lying in third place after the opening meeting in the Czech Republic.
He said: "I am a lot fresher now thanks to doing fewer meetings and it has made a huge difference.
"I now have time to relax a little and to prepare and focus a lot better on the next event.
"I will be going to Poland with one intention, and that is to win and pick up as many points as possible. I am physically, mentally and mechanically prepared for the challenge, so we will see what the night brings.
"Leszno was not kind to me at last year's Grand Prix. I got excluded in the semi-final and only collected eight points on the night so it was a poor result.
"The track is fast and some of the riders, particularly Leigh Adams, know it better than others so it is going to be a tough event."
CURRENT GP Points after one round: F Lindgren (Sweden) 19 pts, E Sayfutdinov (Russia) 17, J Crump (Australia) 14, L Adams (Australia) 13, N Pedersen (Denmark) 12, A Jonsson (Sweden) 11, G Hancock (USA) 10.
