Jankowski, 25, has gradually stepped up his contributions since coming in to the One51 Aces sides.
He is fiercely determined to establish himself in British racing and was very disappointed when he joined Oxford last year only for the club to close down.
Jankowski played an important part in last Monday's win over Lakeside and scored five, plus three bonus points, in the narrow defeat at Swindon on Thursday.
Team boss Chris Morton said: "There was a significant performance from him last week and he is getting to grips with our track and the Elite League.
"Poole is always a good meeting as they have a very strong side. They are one of the teams who have been tipped as potential champions.
"It won't be easy but I'd say we've got a team that can only get better.
"Our top three, Jason Crump, Joe Screen and Charlie Jedde, have maintained a high standard at home and as long as they maintain that form we just need a couple of the other guys to start hitting better form."
Robert Ksiezak will continue to deputise for Steve Boxall who is recovering from a dislocated shoulder.
Poole will be without Adam Skornicki, a member of the Belle Vue team last season, who has a broken wrist.
BELLE VUE: J Crump, B Forsberg, C Jedde, L Jankowski, J Screen, M Rajkowski, R Ksiezak.
POOLE: B Pedersen, A Skornicki (rider replacement), D Watt, K Zabik, C Holder, Z Suchecki, F Eriksson.
THE Elite League Pairs final at King's Lynn on Saturday was called off.
