The 22-year-old Brazil-born star, known as the Rio Rocket, agreed a deal after talks with Aces' promoters David Gordon and Chris Morton in Stockholm. The World No10 will make his debut in the home Elite League match against Arena Essex next Monday in place of Finnish rider Kaj Laukkanen.
Gordon and Morton flew out to complete the transfer which was brokered by Swedish team manager, Mats Olsson.
Olsson, desperate for Lindback to increase his racing programme ahead of next month's World Team Cup, stepped in with some hard talking to persuade Lindback it was in his interest to return to British speedway after riding for Poole last year.
The Aces had been given permission by Poole, who hold Lindback's British contract, to talk to him and he will join on loan.
Gordon said: "We are absolutely delighted to have reached an agreement because it hadn't been looking likely at one time. We needed a rider who can cause a stir and give our fans a boost.
Fantastic
"Lindback is pure box office and this is a fantastic move for Belle Vue."
"We have been looking to make this kind of change which our fans have been wanting. We still have 20 league matches left so there is a lot of the season left and a lot of points still to race for.
"He told us he wants to be a Belle Vue rider.
"He's an action man and he's very positive that he wants to get back into action. This is a great move for us and also a great move for him."
Gordon and Morton watched Lindback race for his Swedish League club, Masarna, at Hammarby last night alongside Belle Vue's Simon Stead, who alsorides for them.
Gordon stressed that the signing of Lindback isn't necessarily the end of elle Vue's transfer activity.
He said: "We are still pursuing other lines of enquiry."
What do you think of the signing? Have your say.

He's certainly a capable rider, but he's only been a shadow of himself since the retirement of Tony R.
Fingers-crossed guys!
(I wonder why they call him the Rio Rocket when he comes from Sau Paulo?)

Hopefully, having Lindback in will take some of the pressure off Stead and allow him to relax and progress as he had been. I think Screen is also labouring under the weight of responsiblity to score. It could even allow that little bit more time for Fisher to get his act together. There have been signs of the green shoots of recovery recently, and he was at least getting 'amongst them' in the last home meeting against Wolves.
What a pity that Lindback wasn't snapped up from the start. I had hoped that he would be the rider that Thomas had hinted at bringing in with the deal for Crump to go to Poole when it looked like he would be remaining as team manager. That never happened of course and the hammer blow of then losing Judas Bjerre, has left us with no top end power. Hopefully that has been part way rectified now. Just indulge though in the thought of the team having Stead, Bjerre and Lindback as heat leaders with strong back up from Screen. Three young and hungry men with solid experience to compliment them. As good as any team in the top flight I think you'll agree. With James Wright in there too, there would have been real cause for enthusiasm. Ahh well.
I'm very optimistic that this can lead to a change in fortunes. Fingers crossed.

Firstly, credit where credit is due, thanks and praise to... (sounds like a Bob Marley song)... the aces management for taking the gamble on Antonio Lindback regaining his form. You don't get anything for not trying and fortune favours the brave etc.
The downside is that Ryan Fisher remains in preference to Kaj Laukkanen. That was a decision clearly made for personal reasons than sporting ones. It's been evident for a long time now that Ryan Fisher has been untouchable no matter how badly he performs.
Kaj Laukkanen has a higher average and, in the telling category of a riders true ability, that of away matches, comes close to doubling the average of Ryan Fisher. Certainly, no sporting calclations used in that part of the decision.

Just as things look like they might improve the devil farts in our face again.
