JUNIOR Witter has pulled out of Saturday's MEN Arena big boxing show with an injury to his right hand.

Witter had been due to face Brazilian Kelson Pinto on the undercard of Ricky Hatton's WBU light-welterweight title defence against Ben Tackie but damaged a tendon in training this week.

The news is a major blow for Witter who was hoping to continue pressuring Hatton into a domestic battle.

British heavyweight champ Danny Williams's fight will now be the chief supporting bout.
