Ice hockey: Storm confirm Hawks date

MANCHESTER Storm are looking to build support further afield with a visit to North Lancs to face Blackburn Hawks.

The specially arranged fixture, taking place on November 20, is set to be a fun evening for all the family.

“Playing the Hawks is an ideal chance for hockey fans in Lancashire to see the Storm,” said Storm General Manager Keith Purvis.

“This is a great way of helping the Hawks on and off the ice and saying an extra thank-you to Blackburn for their co-operation and assistance.”

Both teams will mix their players, giving Hawks the opportunity to play against some of the Storm’s more-experienced campaigners.

Admission is £4.50 for Adults and £2.50 for children. Free for season ticket holders.

Storm are back in action against the London Knights this Sunday (5pm face-off).
