JEFF Jones has primed his Manchester Magic squad for National Cup glory.

Magic face Worthing Thunder in the EBL final at the Birmingham National Indoor Arena on Sunday.

And coach Jones has reported a clean bill of health for his squad after an intensive spell of festive-season training.

Only long-term injury victim Matt Hogarth is unavailable and Jones said: "We are as strong as we are going to be.

"We have had five or six really productive sessions over the Christmas break and are hoping to get Leicester over for a practice match.

"Everyone is healthy, the two Americans (Matt Miller and John Cagianello) have been home for a Christmas break and we are ready to go."

The clash with Thunder - who Magic beat 87-84 in the National Trophy earlier in the season - is the Manchester club's chance to win a first-ever piece of silverware.
