MANCHESTER Magic coach Jeff Jones is backing his team to make history by claiming their highest-ever finish in the English Basketball League Division One.

Wins in their final two games, at home to London United this Saturday, and at home to Coventry next weekend, could see the Magic finish second.

"We can't win the league now, but we want to finish second," said Jones, whose side have won their last five games. "We've had a good season, but I want the lads to finish as strongly as we can." Tweet
